Rachel is an award-winning social scientist who has spent over 15 years practicing user-centered design research for product development. She's worked inside cutting-edge companies like IDEO and Clif Bar. She's conducted studies across the US, Europe, and Asia. Rachel has also taught courses in design research at Parsons, California College of the Arts, and Northwestern.

A huge fan of stories, Rachel also writes fiction, produces audio stories for radio and podcasts, and carries out video projects with her friends.
