Rachel Wong is the principal of How We Meet.
Using her background in social science, she has spent over a decade practicing user-centered design. She has worked at design consultancies IDEO and Smart Design, and consumer product companies Clif Bar and LEGO.
Rachel has also taught courses in design research at both Parsons and California College of the Arts. A big fan of stories, Rachel also writes and produces audio stories for radio and podcasts.
